Walk-In Urgent Care & Primary Care in South Euclid and Brook Park
NextDoor Urgent Care & Primary Care brings fast, friendly care close to home on both sides of Cleveland. Walk in at either clinic, 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week, for illnesses, minor injuries, testing and physicals, or schedule a primary care visit for ongoing care.
Two clinics, one standard of care
Our South Euclid clinic at 4515 Mayfield Road serves South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Lyndhurst, Mayfield Heights, University Heights, Euclid and nearby East Side communities. Our Brook Park clinic at 15900 Snow Road, Suite 302 serves Brook Park, Parma, Middleburg Heights, Berea, Parma Heights and the West Side, close to I-480 and Cleveland Hopkins Airport.
Care for everyday needs and ongoing health
Walk in for urgent care for colds, flu, COVID-19, strep throat, sprains, cuts and other non-emergency needs, with on-site X-ray and lab testing. We also offer adult primary care, physicals for school, sports and work, medication management and refills, and provider-guided medical weight loss.
For employers and drivers, our occupational health services include DOT physicals, pre-employment and workplace drug testing, TB testing and return-to-work exams.

We accept many major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, CareSource, Buckeye Health Plan, Molina Healthcare, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Aetna, Cigna and Anthem, and offer affordable self-pay options.
